OVERVIEW:
Daniel T Hubbell, AIA was the
lead architect of the Belvedere
Luxury Condominiums on Piedmont
Park in Midtown Atlanta. The
mixed-use development consists of
75 homes in two buildings with
private courtyards, secured
parking deck, a parkside cafe and
retail space. The in-town
community overlooks the trees of
the Botanical Garden and the
Atlanta skyline with a inspiring
view from the Belvedere towers.
Each unit has it's own private
balcony(s) and access to the
rooftop terrace, pool, exercise
room & other amenities. The
European-urban style building is
made of brick, stone, metal &
concrete. The interiors have
spacious floor plans with
classical detailing. They include
10 foot ceilings, hardwoods,
granite & stainless steel
kitchens & luxurious baths.
