OVERVIEW:
This estate captures the essence
of warmth through classical,
modern detailing of traditional
materials. Nestled along the
shore overlooking a private lake,
D.T. Hubbell Design used
extensive wood and stone to
define its presence. The interior
rooms are spatially sculpted with
rich materials and vibrant
colors. The home consists of a
barreled vaulted entry foyer, a
cypress-vaulted family room,
paneled billiard and game room,
poolside Lanai, custom pool,
waterfall, spa and stone grotto;
custom cypress entry doors; a
custom spiraled walnut and cast
iron formal staircase, brick
arches and barrel vaults
accenting the butler pantry and
kitchen; wide-plank cherry,
walnut and heart-of-pine
flooring; extensive cabinetry and
paneling, and state-of-the-art
home automation systems. The
estate complements its
picturesque setting along the
lake using native vegetation.
