OVERVIEW:
D. T. HUBBELL DESIGN, INC. was
the designer for 4231 Whitestone
Place, a Custom-spec
French-country style estate in
the upscale Whitestone
development in Buckhead. The
design was completed for Chapco
Builders. The unique design
incorporates long-lasting
materials such as copper, stone,
slate, brick and century-old,
heavy timber beams. "The
clear composition of forms such
as dormers, chimneys, covered
porches and the porte cochere
exemplifies elements found in
French-country manor
architecture"...and,
uniquely expressed. The project
includes terraced stone walls, a
European motor court, two
garages, covered loggia, wine
cellar, home theater, study, four
stone wood burning fireplaces,
main level guest and master
suites, open professional
kitchen, recreation and game
rooms, custom pool, and a
breakfast courtyard among other
spaces. |
